Distribution of yearbooks, senior yard signs, honor cords/stoles, Beta tassels: MONDAY MAY 13 during Pitchfork Time (10:30 am) 

• Seniors will report to their homeroom and then proceed to the media center to pick up their items.
• There will be additional opportunities for students to purchase a yearbook. 
• The cost is $90.00 and they will accept cash or a check made out to Jostens.  

Media Center Chromebook Turn-In: Beginning MONDAY MAY 13th

• Seniors will report to the MEDIA CENTER during Pitchfork on Monday, May 13th.
• Seniors will turn in calculators, books and *Chromebooks including the charger and case.
• *If students have a final exam, they will keep their Chromebook until their last exam and then turn it in to the media center immediately afterwards.
• Missing charger is $25, Missing case is $20.
• Students will receive an emailed list of all items owed.
• All items must be turned in or fines must be paid prior to GRADUATION PRACTICE ON MAY 23RD. 

Awards Day Practice: THURSDAY, MAY 16 at 1:45 pm

• The practice will be held in the gymnasium at Maiden High School. 
• Seniors are to report to 4th period, and then to the gym by 1:45 p.m. that afternoon.

Awards Day: FRIDAY, MAY 17  at 8:30 am

• The ceremony will be held in the gymnasium at Maiden High School. 
• Dress: Cap and gown with proper attire underneath
• Arrive at: 8:00 am - Seniors will report directly to the auditorium that morning, dressed and ready prior to the ceremony.
• Senior parents and guests are invited to attend the ceremony.  

Graduation Walk: FRIDAY, MAY 17 after Awards Day

• We ask that all seniors plan to return to his/her Maiden Feeder Elementary schools for a Graduation Walk right after Awards Day. 
• The schools make this very special, usually with refreshments and a walk through the halls in your cap/gown .
• Elementary school students are thrilled to see these graduates, and it is always a fun day for everyone. 
• Startown Elementary-12:00pm, Maiden Elementary-12:30pm, Tuttle Elementary-1:00pm, Maiden Middle School-2:00pm

Senior Parade: SUNDAY, MAY 19 at 3:00 pm

• Starting Location: Cornerstone Baptist Church
• The parking lot will open at 1:45pm
• The parade will end after seniors ride through the Maiden High parking lot and pick up a gift.
• Seniors should wear MHS apparel or school colors. 
• We also want families to decorate their car to show off their pride. 
• We ask that one senior per car so that all seniors will be showcased. 
• Only cars in the parade can park in the Cornerstone parking lot. Other cars will have to park along the side streets. 
• Each Senior will receive a yard sign with the graduate's name prior to the parade. We ask that the sign is placed inside the passenger side window or hung wherever it can be seen best.  The sign is displayed on the car so that spectators will see the graduate's name!

Baccalaureate Service : SUNDAY,  MAY 19 at 5:00 pm

• The service will take place in the Maiden High School Auditorium. 
• A light reception will be held following the ceremony
• Dress: Cap and gown with proper attire underneath
• Graduates should arrive and line up by 4:30pm.

Graduation Practice: THURSDAY, MAY 23 at 1:00 pm. 

• Graduates & Junior Marshals will report to the MAIN GYM and then proceed to the football field for practice. 
• Practice is mandatory.  All seniors must be present.
• All fines must be paid and  ALL items turned in before Graduation practice (This includes Chromebook, charger & case.)
• Dress: Casual/Everyday (NOT cap/gown or proper attire)
  
  
   
• Tickets for an indoor graduation will be distributed at practice.
• If graduation is outside as planned, seating will be unlimited (No tickets needed)
• If graduation is inside due to rain, Seniors will receive 10 reserved seating tickets (8 tickets for the gym and 2 tickets for the auditorium where the graduation service will be streamed)
• Do not lose tickets, there are NO replacements. 
• Children above age 2 will need a ticket.  Due to fire-code restrictions, everyone MUST have a ticket to get into the building.   

Graduation Ceremony: FRIDAY,  MAY 24 at 7:30 pm

• Seniors need to report to the Auxiliary gym no later than 6:45 pm
• Dress: Cap and gown with proper attire underneath
• Gates will open to guests at 6:30 pm
• REMEMBER THERE IS NO RESERVED PARKING FOR GRADUATES!!
• Parking passes will be distributed during Graduation Practice. Each graduate will receive 2 passes that are good for parking at Maiden High School. There will be parking at Maiden Middle School for those without a parking pass. There will be a shuttle that runs between Maiden Middle School and Maiden High School. The shuttle will begin 1 hour prior to the start of graduation and will run for 30 minutes after graduation.
• Seniors are encouraged to be dropped off, enter through front entrance and drop off at portico.
• No ticket needed for admittance to Thomas E. Brown Stadium

• Saturday, May 25 at 8:00am
• Seniors will report to the Auxiliary gym @ 7:15am. 
• There is NO RESERVED PARKING FOR GRADUATES
• Seniors will receive 2 parking passes
