DISTRIBUTION OF YEARBOOKS, SENIOR BANNERS &  HONORS CORDS/STOLES
THURSDAY, May 19th during Pitchfork Time in the Media Center

• Seniors will report to the media center
• There will be opportunities to purchase a yearbook. 
• The cost is $90.00 and they will accept cash or a check made out to Jostens.  

SENIORS WITHOUT EXAMS MUST TURN IN ALL MEDIA CENTER ITEMS 
THURSDAY, MAY 19 during Pitchfork Time in the Aux. Gym

• Seniors will report to the MEDIA CENTER during Pitchfork
• Seniors will turn in calculators, books, Chromebooks (case & charger) 
• Missing charger is $25
• Missing Chromebook case is $20
• If students have a final exam, they will keep their Chromebook until their last exam and then turn it in to the media center.
• Students received an email list of all items owed

THURSDAY, May 19 at 1:45 p.m.

• The practice will be held in the gymnasium at Maiden High School. 
• Seniors are to report to 4th period, and then to the gym by 1:45 p.m. that afternoon.

FRIDAY, MAY 20  at 8:30 a.m.

• The ceremony will be held in the gymnasium at Maiden High School. 
• Dress: Cap and gown with proper attire underneath
• Arrive at: 8:00 am - Seniors will report directly to the auditorium that morning, dressed and ready prior to the ceremony.
• Senior parents and guests are invited to attend the ceremony.  

FRIDAY, MAY 20th after Awards Day

• We ask that all seniors plan to return to his/her Maiden Feeder Elementary schools for a Graduation Walk right after Awards Day. 
• The schools make this very special, usually with refreshments and a walk through the halls in your cap/gown for the Elementary school students to see your “Success” of graduating. 

SENIOR PARADE 
SUNDAY, MAY 22rd at 3:00 p.m.

• Starting Location: Cornerstone Baptist Church
• The parking lot will open at 1:45 pm.   
• Details:   Seniors will NOT wear Cap/Gown.  Please dress in MHS merch or school colors. 
• We also want families to decorate their car to show off their pride. 
• ONE Senior per car
• Each Senior will receive a 2x3 banner of his/her school graduation picture.  The banner can be used to decorate the car for the parade and so spectators will know their name!

BACCALAUREATE SERVICE 
SUNDAY,  May 15th at 6:00 pm

• Maiden High School- Light reception to be held following the ceremony
• Dress: Cap and gown with proper attire underneath
• Arrive 30 minutes prior to start of service

FRIDAY, MAY 27th at 8:30 am. 

• Practice will take place in the gym.
• Practice is mandatory.  All seniors must be present.
• All fines must be paid and  ALL items turned in before Graduation practice (This includes Chromebook, charger & case.)
• Dress: Casual/Everyday (NOT cap/gown or proper attire)
  
  
   
• Tickets for an indoor graduation will be distributed at practice.
• If graduation is outside as planned, seating will be unlimited (No tickets needed)
• If graduation is inside due to rain, only (10) reserved seating tickets per senior and (3) tickets per Junior Marshal will be designated for inside auditorium seating. 
• Do not lose tickets, there are NO replacements. 
• Children above age 2 will need a ticket.  Due to fire-code restrictions, everyone MUST have a ticket to get into the building.   

FRIDAY,  MAY 27th at 7:30pm

• Seniors need to report to the Auxiliary gym.
• Dress: Cap and gown with proper attire underneath
• Arrive at:  6:45pm
• Gates will open to guests at 6:30 pm
• No ticket needed for admittance to Thomas E. Brown Stadium
